The surgical first assist program begins with a 9 month online distance learning program called SurgiNet. This program consists of 9 courses each lasting one month. Students can only take one class at a time in the order that they become available. If the Enhanced Access option is chosen, the student can complete classes in any order and can complete the 9 courses in their own time. The SurgiNet system lets you get your assignments, complete assessments, track your progress, and receive grades from any computer with the convenient online platform. This means no night or weekend classes, and you can learn around your busy schedule by logging in whenever you want.
